Appearance
Super clear, light, and golden with a beautiful white head.
Aroma
Honey and a bit of a floral note with the bready essence from the malt bill.
Taste
Earthy and floral notes from the hops with a bit of grapefruit pith mixed with a toasted bread note from the malt.
Mouthfeel
Crisp, very dry, and refreshing with a weight appropriate to style.
Overall
Drink this in mass quantity for sure. I’m all over German beer hall fare with this. I definitely need to have some beers from Halfway Crooks at some point.
