Appearance
Burnt orange/amber in color with a beautiful, fluffy, white head.
Aroma
Toasted bread, biscuit, and yeasty elements blended with an earthy and spicy hop nose.
Taste
Biscuits and crusty bread with a hint of earthy hop to balance.
Mouthfeel
Clean, crisp, light and dry with a gentle mouthfeel, with stable, soft carbonation gliding across the tongue and palate.
Overall
This beer is one of my go-to OG (Original German) fest beers, and in the proper glassware, it can definitely make you want to go drink it in a tent. Obviously, I crave all the usual German beer hall staples with this one. PROST!
