Mouthfeel
Vinous-like in mouthfeel with a nice weight and scrubbing bubbles effect.
Overall
Country or rustic dishes with local fowl and seasonal ingredients or perhaps seafood or oysters. Super intriguing for those that are fans of tart or sour ales.
